He possesses extensive expertise in project coordination, requirements management, document control, quality control, data collection and analysis, mathematical modeling and simulation, database administration, and configuration management.
During his collegiate career, Dirk earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Johannesburg. He also earned a Diploma in Data, Information Systems and Programming from the University of South Africa. Mr. Joubert is a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society and the Systems Engineering Society of Australia.
