ML Construction Management is a company which provides construction management and consulting services to government agencies in Puerto Rico. William is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations.
During his collegiate career, Mr. Melendez earned a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of the Professional College of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico.
