As a Specialist Designer and Inspector with River City Engineering Ltd., as well as throughout his incredible 42 year career, Mr. Lyons has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Established in 1990, River City Engineering Ltd. is an innovative progressive, civil and environmental engineering firm with offices located in Austin and New Braunfels, Texas.
