As President of E&M Technical Services Inc., as well as throughout his incredible 22 plus years in the business, Mr. Ridley has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

During his collegiate career, Philip earned an Associate's degree in Machinist Technology from Alleghany Community College in 1982 and an Associate's degree as an Electrical Technician from the Dean Institute of Technology in 1986. He is a member of Biltmore Who's Who. In the time away from his busy schedule, Philip greatly enjoys hunting.
