Thomas is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. He has over 30 years of experience in rotating equipment engineering, process engineering, control system engineering and project management from the equipment user's perspective. Mr. McGuinness possesses extraordinary analytical and hands-on problem solving skills.
Mr. McGuiness is an experienced CNC programmer and machinist as well as professional engineer. He is also a Vibration Analyst II and MVA II. During his educational career, Thomas attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is the holder of three US patents. Mr. McGuinness is a past member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
