Ms. Krismer has applied her expertise to Audi and Lamborghini projects
ROCHESTER HILLS, MI, October 18, 2011 /Engineering PR News/ -- Heike Caroline Krismer, Model Responsable for Fiat Group Automobiles S.p.A., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in automobile engineering.
Ms. Krismer began in the automotive industry at Magna Steyr Int. in Austria, for Audi projects in Germany, and Lamborghini projects in Italy. She then decided to focus her talents on the Italian market, and worked on a Maserati program. Holding two decades of experience, she has worked for Fiat S.p.A on B-Segment vehicles and international vehicles as a Segment Planer and is since 2011, has been responsible for a new vehicle program with Chrysler and Alfa Romeo/Fiat.
She now uses her expertise in trilingual communications, and team leadership and organization in her position as the Model Responsable for a forthcoming Alfa Romeo program. She oversees total development processing including program costs, quality, and technical quality; defines the vehicle in terms of technical content, available features and styling; and ensures that the production team meets all deadlines and technical aspects, and is capable of reaching the company's targeted launch date.
Ms. Krismer earned a master's degree in mechanical engineering and economics at the Technical University of Graz / Austria. She is a member of Italian and Austrian women's business associations, and in the coming years, she plans to continue climbing the corporate ladder and reach the position of vehicle line executive.
