As President and CEO of Construction Design and Development, as well as throughout his incredible 34 years in the business, Mr. Weeks has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in the business world.
Construction Design and Development is a company which provides clients with civil engineering plans, land surveys, project management consultation and pilot land surveying. James is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations.
James attributes his success to treating clients with complete honesty and respect as well as giving them exactly what they want, when they want it. He also feels that the client always comes first and he works hard to ensure that he formulates a budget that his clients can be satisfied with. His clients have usually ended up as long term friends who he truly cares about both personally and professionally.
During his educational career, James earned a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Airforce Academy in 1967 and a Bachelor's degree in Aerodynamics from Seoul, Korea in 1969. He is a member of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers, American Legion, National Republican Congressional Committee, Georgia Republican Party and American Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Weeks is also a volunteer pilot for the Red Cross.
