James E. Mortensen has been named as an Executive of the Year by Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable professional career.
UVALDE, TX, AUGUST 14, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- James E. Mortensen has been named as an Executive of the Year by Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable professional career. In his position as a Civil Engineer and Owner of Mortensen Engineering Association, Mr. Mortensen has consistently performed at an extraordinary level while displaying the leadership and professionalism required to be considered among the elite.
James has ascended to the pinnacle of his profession as a result of his determination as well as the demonstration of his exceptional work ethic combined with his extensive knowledge of the field. Mortensen Engineering Association is a professional engineering and surveying business which offers a wide variety of services including global positioning, maps, certificates, counsel land descriptions, sub divisions, streets and drainage.
Mr. Mortensen has spent the past 50 plus years dedicated to his profession. During his educational career, James earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Engineering from Texas ADM University in 1949. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
