Bill Grant Engineering is a company which specializes in manufacturing steel water tanks, sheds and custom one off installations. They developed the Mighty Lift, which is a portable ladder system comprising a trolley that can be winched up and onto the roof using only a hand winch. The product was specially designed for installers who need to move heavy and bulky items such as air conditioners and solar units up, and onto single and double story roofs without the expense or added hassle of using cranes.
Mr. Grant is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. The Mighty Lift received the 2008 WorkSafe Victoria award for Best Health and Safety Initiative for small business.
