TERREBONNE, CANADA, June 30, 2010 /Engineering PR News/ -- Christian Ouimet, Chief Operating Officer, Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM) of Turbomeca Canada Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in administrative operations.
With 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Ouimet specializes in change management and process implementation. He manages the entire service center and oversees operations including engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics, and the repair and overhaul of engine and accessories. Turbomeca Canada Inc. is an aeronautical service company that provides the repair and overhaul of helicopter engines. Prior to joining the company, he worked for Pratt & Whitney Canada for 18 years and for Messier-Dowty Canada.
Mr. Ouimet received his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sherbrooke University, his degree in Robotics Engineering from École de technologie Superieure and his Master of Business Administration from Queen's University in Kingston in 2003. He is a member of the Certified Management Accountants and attributes his success to his direct and open communication skills, management style and integrity. In the future, he intends to establish his own business or become involved with a small privately owned business and attain a president or chief executive officer position.
