Sherry Baker-Lawrence brings 30 years of experience to these companies and has become major share holder of Vollrath Construction, LLC as she bought out partners in 2009 and is a member of BBB of Washington. Licensed, insured and bonded, she also works as Managing Member of Fourth Corner Property Solutions, LLC, where she is responsible for handling advertising and marketing, coordinating jobs, assisting with forest stewardship government bids working closely with Wildfire Safe, LLC, managing the purchase and sale of homes, and overseeing remodeling and excavation/mulching projects.
In addition to industry-related training, Ms. Baker-Lawrence working internationally for 17 years and an independent International Negotiating Agent and Infra-Structure Developer for third world countries. Her goals for the future include passing the business on to her son and managing more contracts with her husband, E. James Ebert, PE in his related parking garage engineering firm.
