Hamilton has been accepted among the ranks of leading professionals with Stanford Who's Who as a result of his spectacular work in the Manufacturing Industry. As Director of Carb-I-Tool Australia Pty. Ltd. as well as throughout his 35 year professional career, Hamilton has consistently performed at an outstanding level.
Carb-I-Tool is a manufacturer and wholesaler of premium quality woodworking and engineering products. Among the list of offerings from Carb-I-Tool are router bits as well as a wide variety of tools and accessories. They are the leading Australian manufacturer of solid carbide and carbide tipped router bits. They provide numerous saws, drills and blades to their wholesale customer base. Carb-I-Tool recently purchased a small company which makes special tools, mostly carbide based, enabling them to add to their versatility and capacity.
Mr. Hamilton started in the business because of his realization of the need for certain woodworking tooling products, particularly router bits. He owes his success to his dedication to the task at hand as well as his consistent contribution.
His proudest personal accomplishment is raising five wonderful children along with his wife. He now has three sons and two son-in-laws working full-time in the business. Being that he sees himself being fully retired within the next five years, he is confident that they will be able to carry on his legacy in the business.
Neil earned a Diploma in Production Engineering from Swinburn Tech. He is a member of the Institute of Engineering of Australia and the Society of Manufacturing. He served as Mayor of the local community from 1991-1992. Hamilton was also the Chairman and catalyst of a community group dedicated to establishing a 30 bed nursing home. He also spent 22 years as Chairman of a government group training company which employed 4000 apprentices during his tenure.
