Patricia Sames' lifelong passion for automobiles led her to become a supervisor of instructional design for Mercedes Benz USA LLC
MONTVALE, NJ, November 11, 2010 /Engineering PR News/ -- Patricia Sames, Supervisor of Instructional Design for Mercedes Benz USA LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in project management.
As a supervisor of instructional design for Mercerdes Benz USA LLC, Patricia Sames is responsible for mentoring and coaching a national team of Intructional Designers, developing and implementing training strategies for the US Market, and supporting all Mercedes Benz product launches in the U.S. while continuously driving new learning solutions and technologies.
She is also acting as a liaison between MBUSA LLC and Daimler Global Training, Germany and the research and development departments.
She became involved in her profession because she always had a passion for automobiles, and she attributes her success to her passion and determination.
Ms. Sames received an associate degree in automotive technology from Stony Brook University. In addition to her formal education, she received a two-year degree in business and a three-year degree in cabinet making in Germany. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
