Wilson W. Mourino has used his expertise in electronics for the defense industry
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, September 22, 2009 /Engineering PR News/ -- Wilson W. Mourino, C4ISR Test Engineer at Phantom Eagle, LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in defense services.
As a C4ISR test engineer at Phantom Eagle, LLC, Mr. Mourino is responsible for verifying software integration and monitoring sensors, communications and complete systems for the Coast Guard. Prior to attaining his current position, he was an operations director for the Operational Testing Agency of the United States Navy and a C4SR electronic engineer for the United States Coast Guard. He attributes his success to his patience and determination.
Mr. Mourino received his bachelor of science in electronic engineering from Old Dominion University and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He intends to retire and continue his education.
