Mrs. Cole has eight years of professional experience as an industrial engineer. Cole Minds is an engineering firm that provides industrial engineering and consulting services. She specializes in efficiency and lean manufacturing with experience in ergonomics and human resource management as well. Mrs. Cole's interest and prowess in mathematics and science were the forces behind her career decision.
